User Defined Fields

The incorporation of User-Defined Fields (UDFs) in SAM’s Leads Module provides unparalleled flexibility and customisation, enabling businesses to tailor their lead management processes to fit unique operational requirements. These fields allow administrators to create custom data points that align with specific business needs, ensuring that every critical piece of information is captured and accessible within lead records.

Customising UDFs:

Changes to UDFs can only be made by administrators, maintaining control and consistency across the system. If there is specific information critical to managing leads, administrators can easily add the required fields through the administration module, ensuring all necessary data points are accounted for.

Populating UDFs:

To populate the User-Defined Fields in a lead record:

  1. Select the specific lead from the Leads List.
  2. Navigate to the UDFs menu option and select it.
  3. When the popup window appears, complete all the necessary fields.
  4. Click Save to securely store the additional data as part of the lead record.

Key Benefits of UDFs in the Leads Module:

  • Enhanced Flexibility: Adapt the lead management process to meet the unique requirements of your business.
  • Improved Data Capture: Ensure all critical lead-related information is documented and easily accessible.
  • Streamlined Workflow: Centralise custom data points for better organisation and faster decision-making.
  • Alignment with Goals: Customise the system to reflect your specific sales and marketing strategies.

By incorporating User-Defined Fields into SAM’s Leads Module, your business gains a powerful tool to optimise lead management, improve data accuracy, and ensure your processes are dynamic, efficient, and fully aligned with your operational objectives.
