Assets
The Assets window in SAM offers a comprehensive view of all assets associated with a specific customer. Each time a new asset is created and linked to the customer’s record, it will automatically appear in this window. To access detailed information about any asset, simply click on the asset entry to drill down into its full description.
Two types of assets are viewable in this window:
- Customer-owned assets – These are assets directly owned by the customer.
- Host company assets assigned to the customer – These are assets owned by your company (or a host company) but assigned to the customer.
This feature ensures a streamlined process for tracking and managing both types of assets, providing a holistic view and supporting efficient asset management and enhanced customer service.
