The Quotations window in SAM provides a comprehensive list of all quotations associated with a specific customer. Each time a quotation is created and linked to the customer’s record, it will be displayed in this window. To view detailed information about a particular quotation, simply click on the quotation entry to drill down and access the full description of the products or services listed, including service job quotations or sales orders.
