Operator Display
The NR500 series benefits from an 8 line blue backlit, graphic Liquid Crystal Display providing operator friendly transaction information. The display also provides menu driven programming information for product file maintenance.
Customer Display
Transaction information is shown on a customer facing 2 line x 16 character LCD. The display can rotate to face the customer at any angle.
Optional Scanning Feature
Connect a standard barcode reader to your Sam4s NR520R and you have a powerful, but compact barcode scanning system. Using a scanning system can reduce shrinkage by up to 5% just by preventing operator errors in mis-keying prices.
Secure SD Port
SD Card Utilities include program Save/Load, report capture, firmware updates & graphics uploading.
NR-510F (Flat Keyboard)
Ideal for all kinds of hospitality operations. Special features provide for everything from fast food outlets to café, restaurant, fine dining, bars, & night clubs.
This model has the same printing options as the NR-510R but with a splash-proof, flat keyboard with 76 programmable PLU & function keys. In addition to the print options on the NR-510R the printer can be used for printing restaurant table bills at the end of the meal.
Communication Interfaces 3 x Serial Ports & 1 x Type A USB Port provide connection to various devices including; Kitchen Printer, Bar Code Scanner, Computer, Scales and Remote Pole Display.
NR-510R (Raised Keyboard)
Ideal for all kinds of retail operations, with or without bar code scanning. This model has a retail style keyboard with 48 raised buttons, 36 of which are programmable to provide user friendly, efficient operation.
A single station thermal will serve as either customer receipt or printed audit roll. If used as customer receipt an electronic journal can provide a printed record of each transaction if required. End of day management reports can also be printed.
The printer can even be turned off & if a customer asks for a receipt after the transaction has been completed a receipt can still be printed.
NR520R (Raised Keyboard & 2 x Printers)
Ideal for all kinds of retail operations just like the NR-510R but with receipt & journal printers. This is vital where a customer receipt is issued with every transaction & a real-time printed audit roll is required.
Providing a receipt with every transaction helps to ensure correct information is entered into the cash register & provides proof of purchase.
