Digital Kitchen Display System (KDS) for Restaurants, Pubs & Takeaways
The Samtouch Kitchen Video Package is a powerful Kitchen Display System (KDS) designed to replace paper tickets with a fully digital, touchscreen-based kitchen order management solution. Built for busy restaurants, pubs, cafés, and takeaway businesses, it streamlines kitchen workflow, improves order accuracy, and enhances service speed.
If you are looking for a reliable restaurant kitchen screen system that integrates directly with your POS, Samtouch delivers a modern, efficient solution.
Why Upgrade to a Digital Kitchen Display System?
Traditional paper tickets slow kitchens down, create confusion, and increase the risk of lost or misread orders. The Samtouch digital kitchen display system eliminates these issues by instantly transmitting orders from front-of-house to the kitchen.
Instant POS-to-Kitchen Communication
Orders entered at your POS terminal are immediately displayed on kitchen screens. No printing. No lost tickets. No miscommunication.
Improved Speed & Accuracy
Clear on-screen layouts help chefs prioritise tasks efficiently during peak service, reducing mistakes and improving turnaround times.
Intelligent Order Consolidation
The system automatically groups identical items. For example, ten separate steak orders are displayed as a single “10 Steaks” task — enabling efficient batch preparation and smoother kitchen workflow.
Real-Time Order Tracking
Each order displays:
Table number
Guest count
Time elapsed since ordering
This real-time visibility supports better time management and consistent service standards.
Advanced Order Management (Pinned Orders)
Chefs can “pin” orders to control preparation timing. Automated alerts notify staff when to begin preparing items for collection or delivery — ideal for takeaway and food delivery operations.
Reduce Paper Costs & Waste
Moving to a paperless kitchen system eliminates printer maintenance, paper rolls, and unnecessary waste — delivering ongoing cost savings and environmental benefits.
Seamless POS Integration
The Samtouch Kitchen Display System integrates directly with Sam4s POS terminals and operates on both Windows and Android platforms, ensuring compatibility with your existing setup.
