Setting Up Notification Emails in the Agreements Module

The notification window in SAM’s Agreements module is a key feature designed to streamline communication by enabling users to assign recipients for Agreements-related notifications, it allows you to configure email notifications that inform customers about their service agreement’s expiration or upcoming renewal.

Sending Agreement Notification Emails Sending agreement notification emails means electronically notifying customers that their service agreement requires renewal or signing.

SAM provides a standard email template that is automatically sent to customers once their email address is set up here and notifications are enabled. The system will continue to send notifications until the agreement is renewed or signed.

Notification Email Requirements:

• Email Address
• Agreement Expiry Date
• Next Notification Date
• Notification Frequency

Steps to Configure Notifications:

1. Enter the agreement expiry date, notification frequency, and next notification date.
2. Click “Save” to confirm the settings.
3. Input the email addresses to which notifications should be sent.
