Sam Service Manager Enterprise

SAM Service Manager Enterprise is a powerful, all-in-one service management solution designed for companies that manage service calls, field engineers, planned maintenance, and reactive jobs. The enterprise version of the software also contains a full CRM for managing sale opportunities. Fully integrated with Sage Accounting, SAM Service Manager Enterprise helps you streamline service delivery from initial call logging to invoicing, keeping your customers satisfied and your operations efficient.

As well as informing you when a service contract is not profitable, it also helps to manage your other day-to-day sales activities and scheduling. So you’ll be more in control and be able to free up time for other areas of your business.

Whether you operate in facilities management, engineering services, or equipment maintenance, SAM Service Manager Enterprise gives you full control of your field operations and back-office processes in one centralised system.
